At KRSC we are starting to establish a timetable of available classes. Along with our current Yoga and Pilates classes we are now offering HIIT and Circuits classes.
Vinyasa Flow is wonderfully synchronized practice of breath and movement. Vibrant and inspiring practices encourage muscle strengthening and cellular restoration as the breath encourages better circulation of blood and oxygen throughout the whole body. It can be exceptionally meditative and empowering as you learn to move the body in a steady fluid rhythm. Practices are open level. Beginners welcome!

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures/asanas that are held for longer period of time (in general between 1 and 5 minutes). The stillness applies moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body: tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage, joints and fascia with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
It is a very meditative approach to yoga and it is based on the Taoist concept of Yin and Yang, opposite and complementary principle in nature.
Class are suitable to all levels of experience, everyone is welcome from beginners to those with more experience. Postures will build step by step and be tailored to suit individual needs with modifications or variations. Equipment available ( foam pads, cork bricks, belts, bolsters, etc….) .
Yoga mats available but of course feel free to bring your own
Wednesday 10.00am-11.00am with Linda
Pilates is designed to condition and help build flexibility to the muscles of the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. The focus is on spine and pelvic alignment to develop a strong centre or core. The exercises can be modified for beginners or advanced.
Tuesday 19:00 – 20:00 with Ellesse
Torch calories quick with short bursts of cardio and resistance work repeated at different stations. Complete a round, quick breath, then start over. Its fast, challenging and perfect if you are at a plateau, want to mix up training or switch up a gear. Get ready to feel super charged
Tuesday 18:00 – 19:00 with Ellesse
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more calories in less time.
